Since we are first and foremost a working farm, we do not guarantee any timeframes in which orders will ship. During certain times of the year (like the summer/fall months) it could take up to seven business days to get an order packed and ready for shipping. This is because this is the peak time of year for bringing in crops off our farm for processing for contracts. If you absolutely need something by a certain date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get you what you need by that date. Otherwise we thank you for your understanding and appreciate your patience!
For all orders paid by credit card – prior to packing your order we will pre-authorize your credit card to make sure there are sufficient funds available for payment. If there is a problem we will call or email you to clarify and confirm.
How We Ship:
Dry herb orders are shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. There will be a small handling fee added if a different shipper is requested because of the extra work involved with scheduling the shipment. PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via United States Postal Service and additional shipping charges may apply. If your order weight is above 200 pounds we may choose a freight carrier.
Expedited Shipping ($100 minimum for call in).
If you wish to have your order shipped by an expedited service (e.g. overnight, or 2nd day air) please call your order in by 9 am PST, M-F, 541-479-7777, option 2. There will be a $20.00 per box additional charge to move your order to the front of the packing schedule.
If you are shipping to California, Hawaii, Arizona, please contact your local Agricultural authorities to see if there are any regulations regarding the importation of dried plant material. Although we try to stay informed about the changing shipping regulations, the ultimate responsibility for complying with shipping restrictions lies with the consumer. We cannot be responsible for any delays, or rejections of product crossing into these states. We must receive proper shipping and labeling instructions from the shipper and/or customer if applicable.
Pricing and Minimums.
We have a $50.00 minimum for on-line orders (excludes shipping). The minimum call in, mail, or fax order is $100.00 (excludes shipping).
If you are a business and need to order a pre-ship sample for testing, please call 541-479-7777, option 2, to speak with one of our customer care team members. The size of the sample is 50 grams and charges may apply to samples.
Due to the numerous requests we receive, we are not able to accept add-ons or changes once an order has been placed.
Pacific Botanicals does its best to manage information updates and pricing changes in our literature and website. Shipping costs may not be accurate at all times. Final pricing is determined at the time the order is placed into our order entry system.
