Return Policy: If you wish to return a product for any reason, we are happy to issue a refund or credit for any unopened or unused items that are returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Simply call 541-479-7777, x100 ahead of time, and let us know what items are being returned and the reason for the return. Returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee depending on the reason for the return.
Damage Policy: If your product arrives damaged by the shipper please notify them and us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and get out a replacement promptly.
If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately at 541-479-7777 ex. 100. All discrepancies in your shipment and any requests for return or adjustment must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date.
Out of Stock Items: Some of our herbs are highly seasonal. We do our best to anticipate supply needs but unforeseen market demand, or crop failure may affect our inventory. If we are out of what you need, we encourage you to check back to see when it is in stock.
Fresh (Non-Dried) Herbs: These cannot be purchased online and if these are selected and in your cart you will not be able to check out.
