General Shipping:
- Dry herb orders are shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise requested.
- Fresh herb orders are sent UPS Next Day Air.
- Fresh root orders are sent UPS Second Day Air.
Restrictions: There are some restrictions for mailing dry and fresh plant material to California, Hawaii, Arizona and foreign countries. Please contact your local Agricultural authorities regarding any regulations regarding the importation of dried plant material. Although we diligently strive to stay informed about the many and ever changing shipping regulations, the ultimate responsibility is with the consumer. We cannot be responsible for any delays or rejections of product crossing into these states or imported into a foreign country. We must receive proper shipping and labeling instructions from the shipper and/or customer.
Tracking and Order Verification:
Tracking and verifying your order is easy. First you will receive a copy of your order via e-mail to review. Secondly, when your package is shipped you will receive an email from us containing your UPS tracking number with a link to www.ups.com.
Powdering and Special Processing:
Many of the herbs we sell we can powder if they are not sold in powdered form. However, due to added mill set up, cleaning and processing times, we will only powder a ten pound minimum. The additional price for powdering is: 10-30 lbs. herb: $30.00 set up fee plus $1.00 per pound. For mill orders over 30 pounds there is no set up fee but add milling fee of $1.00 per pound.
We offer custom mill services to outside vendors. Please call for quote.
Damaged Product/Return Policy
If your product arrives damaged by the shipper please notify them and us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and get out a replacement promptly.
If you wish to return a product for any reason, we are happy to issue a refund or credit for any unopened, unused items that are returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Simply call ahead of time and let us know what items are being returned and the reason for the return. Returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee depending on the reason for the return.

International Orders
We ship to customers all over the world. For special international orders please call 541-479-7777 and select extension 100.
Infestation Protection
Pacific Botanicals herbs are diligently inspected. It is our policy to freeze particular herbs prior to shipment to prevent certain types of insect manifestations.
Certificates of Authenticity
We have enlisted American Herbal Pharmacopoeia (click on name to find out about AHP) to provide us with certificates of authentication for each species that we grow on the farm. We have received many up to this date and we will continue to receive more as time goes on. Upon your request, we will gladly provide copies of certificates of authenticity guaranteeing the species. We are glad to be working with such a great organization, and we hope to continue developing the authentication program with them.
Discrepancies, Shortages, and Returns
If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately at 541-479-7777 ex. 100. All discrepancies in your shipment and any requests for return or adjustment must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date.

Availability and Out of Stock Items
Some of our herbs are highly seasonal and although we try to anticipate demand, we are not always accurate with our projections. First you can see if we are out of stock on anything by clicking here. If we are out-of-stock you can either re-order at a later date or call to back order the product. When the herbs arrive we will call to confirm your interest.
Shipping
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped promptly after placing your order. Our preferred carrier is UPS. If your order weight is above 200 pounds we may choose a freight carrier. If your order is to be shipped to a post office box we only deliver by US Postal Service. USPS shipments are mailed on Wednesday and Friday of each week.
If you wish to have your order shipped by an expedited service (e.g. overnight, or 2nd day air) please call your order in by noon PST, M-F, 541-479-7777, option 2. Please feel free to call us about any shipping questions or options 541-479-7777, ex. 100.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional shippiing charge. We will contact you with the exact shipping charge prior to shipping your order.
