Ordering by Phone:
For phone orders, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders Monday through Friday by calling (541) 479-7777 from 8:00-5:00 pm Pacific time. On phone orders we accept Visa or MasterCard exclusively.
Ordering by Mail:
For easy and convenient ordering by mail you can download an order form by clicking on the link below. You can write the items on a separate piece of paper along with your name, address, and telephone number. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard. Please allow up to 8 days for first class mail to reach our offices.
Ordering by Fax:
You can order by fax by either downloading an order form or by writing your order on paper and including your name, address (billing and shipping address if different), phone, credit card number, expiration date, and the name printed on the card. In order to process credit cards, it is now mandatory that customers include their CVC (credit verification code), a three-digit number listed on the right-hand side of the signature line. This is an identity theft protection precaution that all credit card companies are now requiring. Our fax number is 541-479-7780.
Shipping
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped promptly after placing your order. Our preferred carrier is UPS. If your order weight is above 200 pounds we may choose a freight carrier. If your order is to be shipped to a post office box we only deliver by US Postal Service. USPS shipments are mailed on Wednesday and Friday of each week.
If you wish to have your order shipped by an expedited service (e.g. overnight, or 2nd day air) please call your order in by noon PST, M-F, 541-479-7777, option 2. Please feel free to call us about any shipping questions or options 541-479-7777, ex. 100.
If you are shipping your order to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges apply. If you want us to contact you with the actual shipping cost before shipping your order, please make a note in the comments section on your order in the shopping cart and we will be happy to do so.
Payment
For online orders we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal checks, and Money Orders. With personal check and money order transactions, we will hold your online order until payment has been received at our offices. Once you have submitted your online order you will be notified immediately that it has securely reached our offices and will be processed and shipped promptly. With regard to Internet transaction security, we are a certified secure site.
