Ordering and Shipping Information

General Information

PLEASE NOTE: Plan ahead. Although we do our very best to ship orders within 72 hours, product availability and order volume may require a slightly longer waiting period. We appreciate your understanding.

Sample Requests
If you need to order a pre-ship sample for testing, please call 541-479-7777, option 2, to speak with one of our customer care team members.

Restrictions. If you are shipping to California, Hawaii, Arizona and foreign countries, please contact your local Agricultural authorities to see if there are any regulations regarding the importation of dried plant material. Although we try to stay informed about the changing shipping regulations, the ultimate responsibility for complying with shipping restrictions lies with the consumer. We cannot be responsible for any delays or rejections of product crossing into these states or imported into a foreign country. We must receive proper shipping and labeling instructions from the shipper and/or customer.

Catalogue Changes. Prices, availability, shipping costs and country of origin are subject to change and may not reflect the information printed in our catalogue.

Problems with Website Ordering. Sometimes personal e-mail servers have special permissions that prevent on-line order access for security reasons. If this is the case, try a different web browser, a different computer, or simply call us at 541-479-777 option 2. We would be delighted to take your order over the phone!

Pricing and Minimums. We have a $50.00 minimum for on-line orders (without shipping). The minimum call in, mail, or fax order is $100.00.

Quantity Discounts. We are a wholesale establishment. Discounts are offered per herb ordered and not by total pounds ordered. Click on the details of each herb in the shopping cart to see the specific quantity discount, how it is sold (ounces, pounds, or by the piece), a full schedule of prices, and more information.

Disclaimer. Pacific Botanicals does its best to manage information updates and pricing changes in our literature. Shipping costs may not be accurate at all times. Final pricing is determined at the time the order is placed into the order entry system.

Ordering Information

Ordering by Phone. For phone orders, please have your completed order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders Monday through Friday by calling 541-479-7777 from 8:00-5:00 pm Pacific time.

Ordering by Mail or Fax. For easy and convenient ordering by mail or fax you can download an order form by clicking here. You can also write the items on a separate piece of paper clearly noting the number of pounds, the product, and form of the product (cut or powder). Include your name, address (billing and shipping address if different), and phone number along with your payment type and any necessary payment information.

Add-ons. Due to the numerous requests we receive, we are not able to accept add-ons or changes once an order has been placed.

Tracking and Order Verification

Tracking and Order Verification. You will receive a copy of your order via e-mail to review. When your package is shipped you will receive a second email from us containing your UPS tracking number with a link to www.ups.com. You can follow your shipment from there.

Shipping Domestically

Dry herb orders are shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. There will be a small handling fee added if a different shipper is requested. PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via United States Postal Service and additional shipping charges may apply. USPS shipments are mailed on Wednesday and Friday of each week.

If your order weight is above 200 pounds we may choose a freight carrier.

If you need something by a specific date call your order in and we will accommodate your request if at all possible.

Expedited Shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped by an expedited service (e.g. overnight, or 2nd day air) please call your order in by 9 am PST, M-F, 541-479-7777, option 2.

Shipping Internationally

Because of International shipping calculations your order must be placed by phone. Please call 541-479-7777 and choose ext. 100 to place your order

Shipping Fresh Product

Fresh herbs and flowers (anything above ground) are generally shipped UPS Next Day Air. Fresh roots and berries will be shipped UPS 2nd day air. All are packed with reusable ice packs @ $.75 each. Ice packs, clean and dry with no holes can be returned for a $.75 credit to account.

PLEASE NOTE: You may only receive one or two days of notice for shipment of fresh material. “Mother Nature” dictates the herb’s stage of growth and weather conditions. We cannot always predict harvest times.

Payment Information

Payments can be made by with VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, check, or money order.

Paying With a Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. Your card will be billed when the order is shipped, not when it is placed. Prior to packing your order we will pre-authorize your credit card to make sure there are sufficient funds available for payment. If there is a problem with the pre-authorization, we will call you to clarify and confirm.

When paying with a credit card you will be required to provide the name on the card, card number, expiration date, and the CVC (Credit Verification Code). The CVC is required by the credit card companies for identity theft protection.

Damage and Return Policy

If your product arrives damaged by the shipper please notify them and us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and get out a replacement promptly.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, we are happy to issue a refund or credit for any unopened or unused items that are returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Simply call 541-479-7777, x.100 ahead of time and let us know what items are being returned and the reason for the return. Returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee depending on the reason for the return.

If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately at 541-479-7777 ex. 100. All discrepancies in your shipment and any requests for return or adjustment must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date.

Out of Stock Items

Some of our herbs are highly seasonal. We do our best to anticipate supply needs but unforeseen market demand or crop failure may affect our inventory. One quick and easy way to see if we are out of stock on a product is by clicking here to see the complete list of out-of-stock items. If we are out of what you need, you can either re-order at a later date or call to back order the product. If you back-order, we will call you to confirm your interest once the item has become available.
